Clear Creek Clermont is a friendly, peaceful sub division located just off the US 192 on US 27. It is set back from the busy US 27. The homes were built in 1998 by DR Horton. The sub division had a makeover in 2008 and is well maintained to this standard.

Clear Creek Clermont has around 200 homes all of which are between 2 and 6 bedrooms. Most of the vacation homes on Clear Creek Clermont have their own private swimming pool.

Once you visit Clear Creek Clermont you will want to stay there again and again, as it is away from the hustle and bustle of the US 192. Clermont is an up and coming area in Central Florida so be sure to visit.
